we had villa with a private bathroom. location: the hotel was just off restaurants & malls, and turkey. local fast food option ugurlu dukkan cafe was 15 minutes walk away.

The hotel is well-organised and clean. The food was appetising, and the staff was good and informative. The location close to the city center was marvelous. I had a nice stay.

The location is excellent, so close to Sapanca lake, Masukieya village, and all the good spots in Sapanca and nature. There's a cool Golevi Cafe & Restaurant within walking distance from the hotel, where you can enjoy desserts and more.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The villa was nice and clean, perfect for our family. The location was also convenient, with restaurants, supermarkets, and fruit shops nearby. We especially enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool. The staff, especially the restaurant team, were very friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel also offered a laundry service, which was a lifesaver for a mom traveling with two kids. The breakfast being delivered to our room was a nice touch, allowing us to enjoy our meal without having to go to the restaurant.

The villa was excellent, with a swimming pool, garden, and surprisingly good restaurant. Convenient location for exploring Sapanca. Nice staff and elegant villas. Laundry service saved the day.

I've stayed in a small villa close to Spanga lake for the weekend. The villa had a cozy bedroom and a nice bathroom, but the internet connection was poor. Luckily, the swimming pool was a great alternative for relaxing and having fun. The villa was located close to a few shops and restaurants, which made it easy to grab a bite or go on a shopping spree. The staff was friendly and polite, but I found it hard to communicate with them since their English was not fluent. my stay was a worthwhile experience, with just a minor issue of language barrier.

The accommodation was nice and clean, and it had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, such as a washing machine, cooking equipment, and a dishwasher. One of the best aspects was the green areas, which included a playground for children and a large swimming pool. the location was very convenient, being close to the main road and several restaurants. the complementary breakfast was a nice touch, and it could be delivered to our room upon request.

I was disappointed by the slow and unreliable internet connection, which disconnected several times during our stay. Another negative aspect was the poor communication skills of the reception staff, who didn't speak English well and needed better training in dealing with guests from different nationalities.
